Course History

Opened: 2000

Architect: Jim Blaukovitch

Land: The course was built on 165 acres of an old dairy farm. A par-70 that plays 6341 yards from the tips, the course will not overwhelm you with length, but it will ask you to use most of the clubs in your bag.

The front nine has more of a wide-open links feel, and while there are elements of that on the back nine as well, you must deal with a few tree-lined fairways as you make your way through the club's most celebrated 3-hole stretch, Amish Corner (Holes 14-16).

There are 53 bunkers spread throughout the layout, and while ponds only comes into play on three holes, protected wetlands and the Brandywine Creek ask golfers to avoid penalty areas on many tee and approach shots.

It's a beautiful piece of land where there's almost always a slight breeze and almost always a competitive match being played. Wide and playable for golfers of all skill levels, we think that once you make a loop around Honeybrook it will become one of your favorite places to play!
